Impact: No Impact to client is expected. This is a medium risk maintenance.
Dear Client

On the date listed below engineers will be performing maintenance in the following cloud locations. Engineers have identified an network issue impacting a subset of clients on the NA9 cloud platform. To correct the issue engineers must reload a switch in the network distribution layer. Engineers are not expecting any impact to our clients during the reload. However this is a medium risk maintenance with the possibility of brief latency and or packet loss.
