Scheduled
The Provisioned IOPS disk speed is being enabled sometime during Monday July 22nd in the AU11 (New_Zealand MCP 2.0) location during this window

CloudControl Change Id: OEC-11591
Time: During Tuesday July 22rd business day
Expected Total Duration: Users can identify availability as described in Identify Hardware Specifications and Capabilities Available in a Data Center Location - https://docs.mcp-services.net/x/nAAu

The new disk speed allows the user to specify the specific IOPS and Throughput of a disk independent of the size of the disk. Users pay a separate hourly rate for the IOPS and amount of disk storage. For details, see:

Introduction to Cloud Server Local Storage ("Disks") and Disk Speeds - https://docs.mcp-services.net/x/UwIu
How to Manage Storage on a Cloud Server - https://docs.mcp-services.net/x/mgMk
Introduction to Usage Reporting - https://docs.mcp-services.net/x/7IBs

Other than the need to specify the desired IOPS with the supported parameters and the change in usage, the new Provisioned IOPS disk speed works like all other disk speeds.

There is no CloudControl UI or API downtime nor impact to any existing Cloud Servers and Networks due to this change. This notification is for informational purposes only.
