We will be performing a minor software upgrade to the CloudControl API in all Geographic Regions on Tuesday June 30th during the normal software upgrade window in each region:

This minor API software upgrade changes the usage elements under which OS Units are accrued. Instead of all usage being calculated under a single OS Units element, usage will now accrue under different usage elements depending on the OS Group. For complete details, see:
All usage after this release will be calculated under the new OS Unit elements. The UI will be updated to display these elements when viewing servers and images in a UI release on Wednesday July 1st (CCCHANGE-289).
The release also contains a number of minor improvements designed to improve the reliability of functions. As a side effect of one of these changes, note that Client-to-Site VPN users will be logged off the VPN when a VLAN is added to a Network Domain as described in:
During the software upgrade, all Cloud Servers and Network assets you've deployed will be unaffected. However, both the CloudControl API will be unavailable during the software upgrade in the duration listed above.
