Dear Client
On the date listed below engineers will be performing maintenance in the following location. This maintenance is needed to perform upgrades to load balancer / firewall devices supporting Cloud and Managed Hosting services. During the maintenance, engineers will be performing vendor recommended software upgrades to these devices. Engineers will work on devices in a rolling fashion. This maintenance requires up to two fail-overs. These are not state-full fail-overs so open connections will reset, and clients may see brief packet-loss and or latency during the fail-overs.
