We will be performing an emergency configuration change to the CloudControl API in the Africa Geographic Region on Wednesday April 10th during the normal software upgrade window:

Expected Total Duration: a brief interruption during the 10 minute window

This minor configuration change address a configuration problem preventing users from generating reports in region.

During the emergency configuration change, all Cloud Servers and Networks you've deployed will be unaffected.The CloudControl API may experience a brief interruption the duration listed above. The CloudControl UI will remain available throughout the window,
