Impact:
CPNC IPSEC clients without the High Availability option will see downtime for up to 30 minutes while primary device is replaced.
CPNC IPsec customer with High Availability option may experience brief latency and or packet loss during failover.
CPNC direct connect/Private connect – No impact is expected
Internet facing services & MCP to MCP Connections- No noticeable impact is expected however this is considered a high risk maintenance with possibility of brief latency and or packet loss during duration of maintenance window.
Dear Client
On the date listed below engineers will be performing maintenance in the following locations. This maintenance is needed to perform replacement of network component supporting Cloud and Managed Hosting Services. During the maintenance engineers, will be performing vendor recommended replacement of core routers. Routers will be replaced in rolling fashion starting with secondary device. . Note that Client VPN tunnels may not reestablish after fail-over until interesting traffic is sent across tunnel.
