We will be performing a major software upgrade to the CloudControl UI in all Geographic Regions on Tuesday September 3rd. The major upgrade requires a longer-than normal software upgrade window and downtime than usual. Therefore, the upgrade will be using the following non-standard software upgrade window and expected duration in each region:

Expected Duration and Downtime
CANADA (CA): Up to 6 Hours downtime ALL OTHER GEOGRAPHIC REGIONS (NA, AU, AP, ID, AF, EU, IL): Up to 2 hours downtime
This major software upgrade includes the following features:
1) Users can view historical information about the hardware configuration of their Cloud Servers. For details, see:
2) Users can configure a DRS Consistency Group to automatically update the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses as part of the Start Preview of a Consistency Group. For details, see:
3) Users can view Advanced Virtualization Settings on Cloud Servers and can modify such settings on both Client Images and Cloud Servers. For details, see:
4) The system will no longer support SAML authentication. An overview of this feature is currently available here but documentation will be removed in conjunction with the release: https://docs.mcp-services.net/x/MwZH
During the software upgrade, all Cloud Servers and Networks you've deployed will be unaffected. However, the CloudControl UI will be unavailable during the software upgrade for the duration listed above. The API will remain available and is able to process requests in the affected Geographic Regions during their windows.
