Dear Client

On the date listed below engineers will be performing maintenance in the following cloud locations.
Engineers have identified an issue with the switch infrastructure that can lead to switches to auto-reload. Engineers will perform vendor recommended IOS upgrades to correct the issue and prevent unplanned outages. The upgrades will be done in a rolling fashion with not expected impact to client cloud environments. See below for exceptions. Engineers will take every precaution to avoid client impact. However, this is considered a medium risk maintenance with the possibility of brief latency and or packet loss, during fail-overs.
