We will be performing a minor software upgrade to the Updated UI in all Geographic Regions on July 18th 2017 during the normal software upgrade window in each region:

Expected Total Duration: 10 minutes within a 60 minute window

This minor software upgrade addresses a bug in the Updated UI where Linux Client Images that include Guest OS Customization cannot be used as a source for Server deployment. Please contact support should you need to deploy a Server of this kind prior to the software upgrade.

During the software upgrade, all Cloud Servers and Networks you've deployed will be unaffected as will the Cloud API. However, the Dimension Data CaaS Updated UI will be unavailable during the software upgrade for the duration listed above within the 60 minute window.
