SERVICES IMPACTED:
• ITSM LDC and ITSM EDC
• This is a GIS led upgrade, and they are tracking on CHM118938644

BUSINESS FUNCTIONS IMPACTED:
• ITSM will experience intermittent latency during the upgrade
• Users may be logged off ITSM and logged back in on another node
• ITSM events will be queued during the upgrade and released once the node becomes available

REASON FOR CHANGE:
• ITSM Madrid release

BUSINESS BENEFIT:
• Ensures that we are on the latest supported version of ITSM
• Apply bug fixes, and introduce new features and functionalities



START DATE / TIME:
Saturday 13 April 2019 @ 3:00 PM PDT
END DATE / TIME:
Saturday 13 April 2019 @ 11:00 PM PDT


SERVICE STATUS DURING CHANGE:
• Estimate 3 to 5 hours of downtime to monitoring alerts in ITSM
• Performance of ITSM will be degraded until the completion of the upgrade

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Monitoring tickets will not generate for 3 to 5 hours, but they will be queued until the upgrade has completed.
UIM UMP will be available to view events. UMP URL: https://itaas-monitoring.dimensiondata.com/

Early Life Support will be run from 13 April 2019 to 26 April 2019. ITaaS incidents related to the Madrid release
need to be prefixed with Madrid Release, and assigned to ITaaS.OSS queue.
