Dear Client

On the date listed below Operations will be performing Emergency Maintenance in the following locations. Engineers have identified an issue with a redundant pair of switches supporting both our cloud and managed hosting infrastructure. In order to prevent an unplanned outage engineers need to perform reload of both switches. Reloads of these switches have been done in the past without impact to our clients. However we do consider this a medium risk maintenance, with chance of brief latency and or packet loss, during the fail-over process.
