Impact: No impact to clients expected.

Dear Client

Engineers have identified an issue with our Primary Network device that manages global communication between MCP Locations. In order to prevent unplanned outage, engineers will be failing over this service at the time listed below to secondary device. Engineers do not expect any impact to our clients, however this is considered a medium risk maintenance. The following services and or traffic are at risk of latency and or brief disruptions.

• Cloud UI/API
• Client MCP 1.0 to MCP 1.0 internal IPV4 communication. ( This is only traffic traversing to another MCP. Traffic within the MCP or destined for internet will not be impacted.)
• Client MCP 2.0 to MCP 2.0 internal IPV6 communication. (This is only traffic traversing to another MCP. Traffic within the MCP or destined for internet will not be impacted.)

This maintenance does not impact client cloud networks traffic internally, network traffic to the internet, or network traffic to CPNC connections.
