Dear Client

On the date listed below engineers will be performing scheduled maintenance in the location listed below. This maintenance is necessary to perform upgrades to the switch infrastructure supporting the Cloud Services. During this maintenance we will be upgrading switch devices to the latest vendor approved and tested OS release. The upgrades will be done in a rolling fashion with no expected impact to client cloud environments. See below for exceptions. Engineers will take every precaution to avoid client impact. However, this is considered a medium risk maintenance with the possibility of brief latency and or packet loss, during fail-overs.
