Impact: Cloud and Managed Hosting clients using the NAS service with CIFS shares will see a brief outage during fail-over of NAS Controllers. Clients using NFS shares are not expected to see impact

Dear Client

On the date listed below Operations will be performing maintenance in the managed hosting location below. This maintenance is to perform upgrade of NAS controllers to latest vendor recommended release. This upgrade is needed to bring device to most recent product tested and approved IOS release. During the upgrade we will perform 8 fail-overs. During the fail-over of the NAS controllers clients using CIFS shares will see brief loss of service typically less than 5 seconds. All other clients are not expected to see any impact.
