Dear Client,
On the date and time listed below engineers will be performing maintenance in the following cloud location. Engineers identified a network device that is in an error state. To correct the error engineers and prevent potential unplanned outage engineers will need to reload the device. Due to the current error state engineers cannot guarantee that there will be no impact to client network traffic during fail-over. Engineers have deemed this a high risk change, with possible disruption of service of 0 to 5 minutes for clients who cloud IP subnets are listed below.
