Dear Client

On the dates listed below operations will be performing emergency network maintenance. Engineers will be performing software upgrades to switches supporting Cloud Backup Services. This upgrade is needed to address a bug in current code that can cause unplanned switch outages impacting Cloud Backup services. Switches are upgraded in rolling fashion, there is no expected impact to Cloud Backups.
