Scheduled Maintenance: Dimension Data CloudControl API Major Application Maintenance
We will be performing a Major Application Maintenance to the CloudControl API in in the North America Geographic Region on Saturday March `10th during the normal software upgrade window in the region:
Time: 05:00 AM Eastern Standard / 2:00 AM Pacific Standard (10:00 UTC)
Expected Total Duration: 180 minutes
This Major Application Maintenance makes improvements to the CloudControl database infrastructure. Due to the large size of the database in North America, the database maintenance will take 2-3 hours in total.
During the software upgrade, all Cloud Servers and Networks you've deployed will be unaffected. However, the CloudControl API will be unavailable during the application maintenance. The Updated UI will remain available but will be unable to process requests in the North America Geographic Region during the event.
