Impact: Managed Hosting clients using the NAS services with CIFS shares will see a brief outage during failover of NAS Controller. Clients using NFS shares are not expected to see impact.
Dear Client On the date listed below Operations will be performing maintenance in the locations below. This maintenance is to perform upgrade of NAS controllers to latest vendor recommended release. During the failover of the NAS controllers Clients using CIFS Shares will see brief loss of service typically less than 5 seconds. All other clients are not expected to see any impact.
