We will be performing an emergency software upgrade to the CloudControl API in the Europe Geographic Region on Wednesday April 10th during the normal software upgrade window:

This minor software upgrade addresses a problem that results in servers getting “stuck” in a PENDING_CHANGE state when being started or stopped.
During the emergency software upgrade, all Cloud Servers and Networks you've deployed will be unaffected. However, the CloudControl API will be unavailable during the software upgrade for the duration listed above. The CloudControl UI will remain available but will be unable to process requests in the affected Geographic Regions during their windows.
